The location close to all the attractions made exploring Ottawa super easy. I loved having a large room with a kitchenette. it felt almost like home. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. However, the suite looked dated, and the decor really needed an update. My room had some issues, like the sofa bed being quite uncomfortable and the kitchen cabinets looking worn out. The swimming pool was nice, but it could use more cleaning. I wish there were better toiletries in the room too, especially after seeing how nice the location and amenities were.

Steep slope to parking!!! Door locks misaligned!!! Better heating control needed in rooms, curtains should effectively block morning sun!!!

We loved our stay here, especially the kids enjoying the indoor playground and all the fun at the hot tub! Just a heads up, the room could've used a few more kitchen supplies, but everything else was great! ☀️

Great location and spacious suite, but beds were uncomfortable and parking was limited.

We cooked breakfast together in the suite's full kitchen and even checked out the local classical music festival. The location was super convenient, within walking distance of the Byward Market. Great for groups looking for a cozy and functional place to stay.
The sofa bed was just a sheet and a thin blanket, which was a bit uncomfortable. We ended up asking for more blankets.

The location is exceptional, with easy access to many restaurants and coffee shops just a short walk away. The Superior One-Bedroom Suite was spacious and equipped with a full kitchen, making it a great value for the money. However, the furnishings could use some updating, and while generally clean, the overall ambiance was somewhat dated. Yet, the quiet environment made for a pleasant stay.
